Maya Bay Thai sauce is great as a marinade for chicken. Combine with coconut milk and simmer shrimps! With the addition of some balsamic vinegar, it makes a great salad dressing. Use it as a dip for Crusty Bread as an alternative to Olive Oil. Or try our Thai Pizza. Maya Bay was awarded 1st place as a meat condiment at the 2012 Scovie awards!
Bora Bora is a paradise in French Polynesia. A combination of fresh tamarind, California dates and exotic organic chile give this sauce its unique sweetness and fruitiness. A favorite recipe is Easy Crock Pot Pulled Pork or the Bora Bora burgers with caramelized onion and cream cheese. Not into cooking? Just put it on the side of any veggie dish, chicken or fish! This sauce is Gluten-Free and vegan friendly!
Baja is the colorful Cal-Mexican peninsula in the Pacific. Our Baja marinade and grill sauce echos the familiar flavors of Smoky Chipotles and lime, with a jalapeno kick! Definitely our spiciest sauce. A customer favorite recipe is the Baja Quinoa Salad, but it also won awards as a Steak Sauce.
